Caption - Northern Railway (India) WM class 2-6-4T 13013 (Vulcan Foundry 6099/51) during 1978. Seventy-four of these useful locos were built by Vulcan Foundry and Robert Stephenson in the UK. By June 1977 the class was allocated between Eastern Railway (37), Northern Railway (11), South Central Railway (10) and the South Eastern Railway (5). 13013 is seen at Lucknow Charbagh loco shed, but in 1977 the Northern Railway WM's were spilt between Kanpur (2), Jullunder (7) and Lodhiana (2).
