Harzer Schmalspurbahnen Mallets at Wernigerode

The two Harzer Schmalspurbahnen metre-gauge Mallets were being prepared to work a steam special to the Brocken from Wernigerode. These images record their preparation. Many years ago in the 1970s I spent a day watching the Mallets before normal working ceased. Sometime in the future I will add a galley from this period.
