Le Bourget (Paris) loco depot

France - 2012

The loco depot or stabling point is located on the south side of RER line B east of Le Bourget station and sees a variety of locomotive classes. At weekends more than 50 locos can be seen. The loco motives are used for freight, trip and shunting duties in the area. This visit in January 2012 recorded 12 different classes of loco. The images in this gallery are HDR (High Dynamic Range) and were all constructed from 3 bracketed images taken using a DLSR camera mounted on a tripod. The 3 images were then merged to form a single HDR frame.
