Caption - Ceylon Government Railways 2-foot 6-inch gauge J1 class 4-6-4T 221 (Hunslet 1478/24) in 1976. The 4-6-4T's were the mainstay of the Kelani Valley railway for many years. After closure, part of the line was converted to broad gauge in 1996 and remains in operation.
