21807 - Trains on two gauges in Malaga Province
Caption - RENFE Mk1 'Talgo 350' high-speed standard-gauge trainset with a Malaga to Madrid service on the line near Bobadilla. These units are currently restricted to 300km/h and known as "ducks" by Spanish railwaymen. This line was opened a few years ago and in the foreground can be seen some more recent work laying additional track. I think this will be a realignment of the existing broad gauge railway north of Bobadilla.
