Indonesian Railways B51 class 4-4-0s in West Java

The Rangkasbitung to Labhuan branch in West Java was a popular line to visit as the daily passenger train was operated by some very handsome class B51 compound 4-4-0s. In addition the eastern end of the line at Rangkasbitung also saw some steam passenger trains in the hands of C27 class 2-6-4Ts which worked east to Jakarta. Rangkasbitung also had a steam shed with a collection of locos out of use, under repair or awaiting scrap.
