Caption - Polish Railways (PKP) 2-8-2 Pt47 89 at Torun in October 1972. These powerful and fast locos were used primarily for hauling fast, heavy passenger trains. 180 built between 1948 and 1951 by Fablok (120) and Cegielski (60). A few examples have been preserved.
