Caption - Eastern Railway (India) CS class 2-4-0T 773 at Krishnanagar in April 1976. The 2-foot 6-inch gauge line ran from Shantipur via Krishnanagar ro Nabadwip Ghat, a distance of 28 km. 773 was the first to be built by Bagnall (2306/26) and was joined by two from Yorkshire Engine in 1932 and another from Bagnall in 1935. This was a wonderful place to visit and the crews always welcomed visitors from overseas.
