Caption - Electricity Supply Commission (ESCOM) in South Africa was well known for its varied roster of immaculate 3-foot 6-inch gauge steam locos. Seen at Grootvlei Power Station in the Transvaal is this Avonside 4-8-2T (2009 of 1927) in its usual highly polished condition during 1980.
