Caption - Indonesian Railways (PNKA) 3-foot 6-inch gauge 0-4-4-2T Mallet BB1005 (Hartmann 2488/1899) at Rankasbitung in June 1980. This loco was part of the first batch of eight locos all delivered in 1899. Two further batches, each of 4 locos, entered service in 1906 and 1907. BB1005 was the last survivor of the class and shared duties on the branch from Rankasbitung to Labuan (West Java) with a B51 class compound 4-4-0 dating from the first decade of the 20th century.
