Caption - East African Railways (EAR) 56th class 4-8-2 Garratt at Morogoro in Tanzania in December 1970. Six of these metre gauge locos were ordered by the Kenya Uganda Railway and built at Beyer Peacock's Manchester factory in 1949. By the time they had been delivered the KUR had become an integral part of East African Railways.
