Caption - Central Railway (India) class D/1 4-8-0 708 is prepared on Dhaulpur Junction loco shed in November 1978. This delightful small class of three locos spent their entire working lives on this two-foot gauge system. The locos were built by Hanomag in 1925 and 1926 and were capable of hauling heavy trains on this busy system. No. 708 was Hanomag 10471 of 1925.
