Caption - Sri Lankan Railways (SLR) 2-6-2+2-6-2 Garratt no.345 (BP 7162/1945) at Nawalapitiya in March 1976. This class of eight locos were built by Beyer Peacock in 1945. They were mainly used on the very scenic hill section of the Colombo to Badulla mainline passing through extensive tea plantations along the way.
