Caption - VFCO 4-6-0 41 (Baldwin 38011/1912) at São João del Rey loco depot in November 1976. This 2 foot 6 inch gauge Brazilian railway once had nearly 500 miles of route. Six other immaculate locos are on shed including 4-4-0, 4-6-0 and 2-8-0 wheel arrangements. Note the pristine condition of the locos but sadly by 1978 locos' cleanliness had deteriorated. No.41 is still serviceable and used on the preserved section of the railway.
