Brussels Midi is a very busy station with a wide variety of rolling stock still in use. Rush hour sees a few extra types of locos in use and overall the operation is impressive. International high speed trains include French TGVs, German ICEs, Eurostar and Thalys units. In additon loco-hauled stock is used on some International services. Internal Belgian services are in the hands a wide vareity of multiple units together with push-pull stock powered by a decent variety of locos. In additon you are likely to see a few diesel locos at the station although freight is absent.
